Direct debit payment

I have just set up my direct debit schedule and want to change the date. How do I do this?

You can do it through the Bulb mobile app.

You can change your payment date and amount in your online account.

Just log in here:

Then go to payments and statements, and then ‘payment settings’

You can only change your payment details once you’ve switched over to us.
