I unfortunately missed the date of my direct debit and had an email saying that it would be taken 5 days later. That day is today and the direct debit has actually been taken twice! So instead of the £146 I was expecting to go out it is actually 2 payments of £146! How and why has this happened? And how do I get the money back as I need it for other bills??
