I signed up to switch over to you guys last night (yay) - and I rang up today to arrange for a direct debit to be set up for my monthly payments, mainly because my bank pay cashback for direct debits on certain bills.
I haven’t received any sort of confirmation as yet - I’m probably being over keen! - but just wanted to check, will I get anything just advising that it’s all set up, and presumably it’ll also show up in my online account too? (at the moment, it’s still showing my card details that I entered last night).
