Direct debit

Just want to find out when should I cancel direct debit to old supplier as I don’t want to be paying for 2 accounts and then trying to get refunds


I cancelled mine after receiving and paying my “Final Bill”

Hi @brian3769 as @phproxy has said we would recommend that you wait until your final bill has been paid but if you call them up you may be able to make alternative arrangements.

If you are already in credit with them and have given an up to date meter reading then they should be able to help you out :slight_smile:
