Direct Debit


Our direct debit is coming out on the wrong date.

Are we okay to cancel the payment with our bank and arrange a separate date for payment to be taken?

Just let us know the date that would better suit you and we can adjust the date manually.

Or, if you can wait until after the first payment is made, you can adjust the day payments are made on your MyBulb.

Cancelling the direct debit and re-establishing the mandate will take much longer to set up.
