Hello, I set up my direct debit last month and it was supposed to come out on the 3rd but hasn’t yet. Are Bulb still processing the direct debit? It has been more than 10 days since i set it up, but maybe the holiday period has extended this? Thanks.
Hi @MDaly, thanks for spotting this. I’ve checked out your account and the missed payment is due to your Direct Debit not having been activated in time to request the payment. Would you like us to request the payment now or do you want to make a Top Up payment in your MyBulb account to catch up?
