Direct Debit

for the second month in a row, my direct debit was not taken. top up payments were made but are still pending days later… is anyone else having issues with DD and also requests to make meter readings every 2nd day when meter reading are being sent to bulb on more than regular basis. i have now amended my payment date for DD but i have little faith that the DD will be taken give the issues these past 2 months.
