ive rung about 5 times about my direct debit and every time I ring you says its done. I still haven’t had any money taken out by direct debit. I’m fed up of phone and paying over the telephone as its costing me money to ring you. if this is not sorted pretty quickly I will be changing my supply.
@imperial116 There have been some issues linking your Direct Debit to and from the bank. I believe this issues is now sorted and I am arranging for a new DD to be set up. This will happen over the next 10 days and the next payment is due on the 20th of June.
