Direct debit.

Am I able to change the date of my direct debit…?

Yes - just login to your account at (the ‘Sign in’ link top right of all Bulb pages) - select ‘Account & Tariff info’ (middle bottom) and under ‘Payment settings’ click ‘Edit payment settings’ and you can set the amount and date (remember that if your direct debit is due within the next 3 days or so it may be too late to reschedule for this month/similar if you try and set the date to within 3 days of now - as the direct debit process may have already started)
