Can I change my dd date.its due on the 14 August it’s my first payment and I would like it to come out at the beginning of the month (1st September) I have only just made a payment to my previous energy supplier so this would mean that I would be paying twice in one month l would appreciate if you could get back to me regarding this issue
Heya @Travis13 . Once you have made the switch, you can change your Direct Debit date on your Bulb Account. Just click “payments and statements” > payment settings. As your first payment is due tomorrow, I’m afraid we can’t stop that first payment from coming out. I would suggest giving us giving us call on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) and one of our team can help you out with this. We’ll be able to refund your first payment and change your payment schedule.
