I called last eeek and was told my first payment would go out on 17th jan and I was to pay when I could before 17th the first payment over phone as having trouble with fisher refunding credit but just had email from bulb saying DD going out Monday don’t know what to do ?

Unfortunately it is highly likely that only fellow Bulb customers are on this forum today and Sunday, so there isn’t really much anyone can do about your situation. I can only guess that you switched to Bulb within the last couple of days and on this basis the first payment was in fact meant to go out on 17 December (you pay one month in advance) rather than 17 January,
