I got an e mail from you to tell me the details given to set up a direct debit weren’t correct and when I click on the e-mail it doesn’t come up set up direct debit please help

You might be able to set it up via your online account dashboard. Select Account Settings - then Payment Settings - then Edit Payment Settings

Hi @law0960 I have sent you an email regarding your direct debit. As @christos_1 said, you can indeed update your direct details on your Bulb account
