I just phoned the customer service team to try and set up online payments as I’m sharing my house with two others only to be informed that the only way to pay the bills is through direct debit. I think this system is pretty poor and really recommend setting up debit cards as an alternative way to pay.
Heya @Norrisache. Yes, we do only take Direct Debit payments. The reason for this is that we ask members to pay for energy in advanced. This means we can buy our energy cheaper and pass the savings on to you guys.
My team have been talking about how we can make energy accounts easier to manage for house sharers. Please share any ideas if you have them!
