Bulb does accept direct debits - what sort of problem are you having and we the community members may be able to help.
@Alastair1 we’ve sent an email confirming what’s happened with your direct debit.
My direct debits haven’t been taken since October and now I am in debt.
I am not sure it is a good idea to post on three different threads regarding your Direct Debit Payments. It would be best if you start one thread only which is where all the answers would be directed rather than split over the other other threads.
