Disappointed with changeover

I joined bulb on 1st January im rather disappointed as the app itself is easy enough to use but doesn’t update enough and display screen only showing electric and not gas. 1st time this has ever happened in all the supplier changes I’ve made

Same thing has happened to me after switching. Just posted the question about the gas on here. I’ve moved into a house which has prepayment meter too so don’t want to run out of Credit.

I have pre payment meters but am still able to top up

Thanks for your post. There is a slight delay on the app, but if you ever want to see your live balance you can check this on the meter itself.
