Disconnection Fee refund.....

When I agreed to switch to Bulb from my previous supplier I was promised that any disconnection fees incurred would be refunded. I’ve been with you almost 3 months now and nothing has happened as yet on this front.
I was charged £30 each for my gas and electric accounts.
Comments would be appreciated?

Hi @JohnAtkinson1946, have you sent Bulb the details of your contract cancellation fees?
They’re not going to know you were struck with them otherwise!

You need to send a copy of your final bill from your old supplier detailing the charges to help@bulb.co.uk and then they’ll refund them for you.
