Dispute with Scottish power

Hi, we moved over to bulb in January this year from Scottish Power. When we left Scottish power we were £67 in credit. We then received a final bill stating we owed £260.
We thought nothing of it and agreed to pay. I have just submitted this month’s meter reading with yourself, to notice the gas reading, that was submitted to Scottish Power, is 17000 units higher than what the meter reads. I have sent a picture of the meter when I submitted this months readings to show the correct figure. How can I get this resolved, as Scottish Power need the correct meter readings to be sent to them. Hi, Devon. I’ll track down your email if someone hasn’t already worked on it. We’ll start a ‘dispute’ with Scottish Power, to let them know officially what the correct opening read should be. Then, both suppliers will re-bill you.
