I had smart meters installed a few months ago, but no smart meter readings have appeared in my account. I still have to submit readings manually. Is this the same for everyone? [NB This is separate from the in-home display.]
I have not heard of anyone having remotely obtained smart meter readings appear on their Energy Usage or statements. But that’s not to say there are none. Contented customers are far less likely to post here on Community than disgruntled ones.
Yes my smart meter readings appear in my account. Have I received a statement based on the smart readings? NO. Have I received a reply to my email asking why? NO. Go figure.
