I tried to submit my gas meter reading last month to correct the grossly exaggerated estimate on my account and received a message to upload a photo of the reading on my meter which I did - twice!
The reading has not been corrected on my account despite providing the required photographic evidence etc. and I would like to chase this up with Bulb. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do so please? An email address or phone number will be appreciated as I’m not on Facebook or Twitter.
