Does bulb have an Economy 7 tariff?

I recommended Bulb to my daughter for its Economy 7 tariff, which is claimed to be available on the tariff page.
However, she does not appear to be getting the dual rate on her account, and an email to Bulb got the reply that there is only one tariff!
Which is correct?

Sounds as though there’s a bit of confusion here .

We have one variable tariff per meter set up, whether that be prepay, credit or economy 7 of either.

If she chooses to refine her quote after giving initial details she will be able to choose economy 7 as an option. I’ve included some screenshots below so you know what you’re looking for.

Thanks for the reply. She’s already with Bulb, but isn’t getting the dual rate tariff for Economy 7. Maybe she neglected to select that when she signed up - can she change it now?
