Domestic 2000 with Electric heating

I am thinking of switching to Bulb but I would like to clarify if I am able to do so.
My meter is a Scottish Power Domestic 2000 which I believe is the same as an Economy 7.

When providing meter readings I have to provide 3 numbers.
The first two numbers are billed at the same higher rate.
The third, much larger, number is labelled “Heating Rate” on my bills and is charged at the lower rate.

My electric heating system is a wet electric boiler which gets shut down by the grid for 3, 2 hour periods every day.

Is bulb able to accomodate this setup and, most importantly, what rate would my electric heating be charged at?

Thanks
