Will someone please tell a human at Bulb that my calculations using your method of usage v credit and payments keep my DD £125/mth. IF you put up my payment by £26 on 1 Nov 2020, I will leave Bulb whether it’s more expensive to do so or not.

They are using the app, where a bot is used frequently, which is likely why they’re annoyed, though they can litrelly search “bulb contact details”
