I was a little concerned about using a debit card for payments instead of direct debit. Now my monthly amount has been taken twice in two days. Has anyone else had this problem, or am I a one off?
@Pjack, personally I’ve not had a problem paying by debit card but that does sound like a bit of an issue.
You can however switch to direct debit payments if you like by filling in the details on this page.
