dual fuel readings

i have just joined Bulb with duel fuel, i have been asked for the first readings on the electric meter but not asked for gas readings? is this normal ?

There may be a couple of days between your meters switching (depending on your old supplier) - but it may be worth just checking the ‘Submit a reading’ section of the MyAccount section of Bulb to see if the option is there.
