This is primarily a customer to customer forum although the Bulb team do visit on a regular basis.

None of us customers can actually do anything about your credit refund other than point you to https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- and https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003394031 .

Thanks for your reply Allanr…you are most helpful, as usual, my friend.

However, on this occasion, we are not looking for any sort of refund in this matter and quite happy to stay in credit …my comment was for a Bulb team member to see, as I’ve replied to a suggestion they have submitted via email and just would like to bring to their attention.

UPDATE: Just received a prompt reply from Bulb Support Team via e-mail…boy, that was quick and very impressive.

No further need to get back to me, Bulb and thank you for your help.
