Early termination fee

When I left my last supplier they charged me an early termination fee of £30. In line with Bulb,s promise to refund this I obtained a written copy of the exit charge. For some reason, possibly my bad internet speed , I was unable to upload on the bulb exit fee page. So, I sent Bulb an email and attached a copy of my exit bill. This resulted in an automated receipt. Today I got an Email asking how I rated their response. Not having had any response , I emailed back to that effect. This has generated another automated receipt.
Is this an indication of things to come.? Having left an energy company because of terrible communication, I am wondering what I have done?

At least you don’t have to pay a fee when you leave Bulb

Spoke to a nice person at Bulb , now all resolved.
Looks like the decision to move here was a good one.
