You can do all of the following by logging into your Bulb account:
- Submit meter readings and view your monthly usage
- Change your monthly payment amount
- Change your monthly payment date
- View all your statements and payments
- Top up your balance
- Add another person to your account
- Change account settings
- View your referrals

We don’t process direct debit or card payments on weekends or bank holidays. If your payments are scheduled over the four day weekend, they will be processed on Tuesday. This won’t affect your monthly statement, which will be sent out on the same date as usual.
