Simple pre switch live date.
Are Bulb yet providing and installing Eco7 Smart Meters’
Info from various energy providers for that type of meter seems limited at best.

I take silence since 20th April to be no eco7 Smart. Meters from Bulb yet.

Not yet. You can get the three-rate smart tariff though.
