Economy 7 Meter Reading

Online portal not supporting to provide two meter reading. Even after I dropped meter reading to hello@bulb.co.uk not reflecting online.

Hi @Guru, if you’ve not had a response to your email then I’d suggest giving them a ring (0300 30 30 635 Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00) to check if the change to your online account (to ensure you can submit two readings in future) is a work in progress yet.
