How do I submit both readings
Hi @Graham_1936, if you’re on E7 and your meter read page doesn’t have two boxes, Bulb will need to amend this for you.
It’s normally fastest to give them a ring (0300 30 30 635) or catch them on the web chat (here, bottom right) to get this sorted out.
Just log in again you will see the following option.
Just enter the reads in there!
