Why do bulb insist on charging £120 to change from an economy 7 meter when other firms just change the way they work out your bills and leave the meter as it is.
Generally speaking, our tariff is cheaper than the “Big Six” energy companies. If we increased our tariff then we would be able to offer free new meters to our members. But we’ve made the decision to cap the profit for each member.
We don’t charge members for exchanging a meter if a meter is faulty or if they would like a smart meter. If you would like to have a smart meter fitted, we can offer a single rate agreement and there’s no additional charge for this.
