Economy 7 night tarriff

I am a economy 7 user but when submitting the electric meter readings there is only 1 line. I need 2 lines to submit the day and night tarriff.
Can you please update my account.

Bulb will be back Monday from 9:00am so I would check then.

You can call them too anytime Mon - Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm

Hi there @Irek it looks like some of the technical details about your meter haven’t come through yet, including the ones which let us know you have a two rate meter. If you pop us over the readings, either here or by email to help@bulb.co.uk or by phone on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday we’ll add those first reads in for you, and the website will be working for your meter by next month
