Hi - I’m on Economy 7 as I have storage heaters (no gas), and because my winter consumption is obviously much higher than my summer consumption, my direct debit is set at the annual average. Thus my anticipated consumption and meter readings are way higher in winter and much lower in summer. This causes me to have to send you photos of my meter every month - which is understandable, but it’s still a pain! Is there any way of overcoming this problem?
