Do I need to submit both readings? E.g day and night if so where do I put the second reading as there’s only one space?

@Bec1987 Hey! Yep for Economy 7 we’d love both those readings. I can see the reason the website isn’t allowing you to pop both those in is that we haven’t quite received the technical info of your meter over yet. This is a normal process that happens as part of the switch. I would advise checking back in 3/4 days and submitting them. If there is still just one box, email the readings across to us on help@bulb.co.uk and we can make sure they’re used.
