Hi, I have had no heating or hot water for three weeks. I’m on economy 7. I have had two electrician out to check my storage heaters and they have told me that your company has turned off my economy 7. I am disabled and classed as a vulnerable adult so need to get this resolved as quick as possible as i am freezing and have had to leave my property as it is so cold. Could you tell me why you have done this and could you turn my economy 7 back on.
@Kelli, are you a new customer or have you been with Bulb a while?
There’s no reason that Bulb would switch off your meter so it sounds like it may instead be faulty.
In which case, Bulb will come and install a new one for you.
