EDF Energy claim that you have not provided meter readings to them for the switch. What say you?

Hi @irisandtony I’ve just had a look for you and EDF told us that they’d received and accepted your electricity reading on 9th September and your gas reading on the 1st September. It sounds like their billing system is a bit slow and needs some time to pull itself up to date. It’s normal for old suppliers to take a while to produce a final bill, so I wouldn’t worry too much about there being a delay.
