Edf took over supply twice

Hi edf have took over my supply twive in the matter of weeks, I caught it early enough to stop the first time but not this time, I’ve spoke to bulb who have tried to get the supply back but edf have refused it saying I wanted the switch.

I’ve just come off the chat to edf telling them that I did not or do not want to be with them, I’ve now got to start the switch to bulb all over again, where do I stand with the start up advanced payments to bulb? (My direct debit is still set up with bulb) also the extra money add will charge me for there electric price, which could turn out to be an extra 40/50 pound by the time it goes back through.

I know it’s not a high amount but it’s money I did not agree to. Thanks
