Electric meter display gone blank

Hello, I have problem stated in the title. There is no power cut in my area, all connected devices working.
I guess SSE is responsible for electric meter, should I contact them first or my current supplier which is Bulb?

contact your current supplier as they are responsible for your meter, regardless of installer

I too have a blank meter - the meter has been at fault for over a year.

I can see that you were in touch with my colleague about this at the end of next week and they’ve confirmed that, although we’re not able to book this meter exchange in for you currently due to Scottish restrictions, we will be able to get this booked in once restrictions are lifted.
