Electric meter

Hi all,
I went to submit a meter reading today, gas was fine, but electric showed two different readings as required, with two different estimates and the serial number shown was different from that displayed on my smart meter for the electric meter.
Any ideas what that’s all about?

Hi Paul, please could you attach a picture of your electricity meter either here or email help@bulb.co.uk. It is possible that we have received the wrong meter details from your previous supplier.

Hi John,
Have sent I pic with brief email. It appears there may be a database error or error from former supplier, as it’s showing I had economy 7 which I’ve never had.
