Electric Metre faulty

My electrical box is faulty , it appears to be working as a red light flashes as normal but the display has no numbers/readings. Any advice on what to do / email address to contact ?

Hi @Jonny_Hayhoe5 is this your smart meter on the wall? You will probably need to press the number 9 to wake it up as their displays do turn off when not it use. If this does not work please email help@bulb.co.uk with a description and some photos and we will help you out.
