Electric reading disappeared from app readings

Hi everyone,
My app used to show both gas and electricity readings but for the last couple of months I am just getting Gas.
Does anyone know why? I tried an online chat and just got cut off TWICE!!

That’s what happened to me
I have two electricity meters one for house one for external buildings
The house one suddenly disappeared , I’ve spent hours typing emails , I’ve had two phone calls to half way round the world , they do not understand
I’ve given up and just cancelling direct debit
I’ll go elsewhere if I was you

I have just had a look over your account and as you have first generation smart meters we have started to enroll them on to the DCC network (Data Communications Company) to make them compatible to a second generation smart meter. We should start to receive your reads again soon once this process has been completed but in the meantime we would encourage you to keep submitting your reads manually in your Bulb account.

Your Gas has already been enrolled on to the DCC network so there is no need to submit meter readings every month. If you want to keep an eye on your usage the best way to do this is to look at your monthly statements.
