I have been submitting my gas and electricity readings on the 6th of every month but when I look at my readings you are only showing the gas and not the electricity?
Hmm… it looks as if there is an issue with sending out your bills. I’ve sent this over to our billing team to do some investigation and make sure your meter readings are all up to date on your bills. Not to worry, we record all the readings you give us
