My Electric Smart Meter has apparently got a BUG so I have been told by phoning the Smart Meter Team My In Home Display has only ever showed the gas readings. I was told last Friday 26th April when phoning this would be fixed their end and I would be notified when it is all done. A week later I am still waiting, concerned my Electric readings are not being read correctly affecting my billing. On reading on here it seems this is a common problem and no feasible answers seem to be coming from Bulb.

They are working on it. You can call with a manual reading if concerned.
