Electric usage doubled?

Hi, since having my smart meter installed in oct/nov my electric bills have doubled! When i started a live chat on website all i get is sorry your usage has increased! im at work 5 out of 7 days a week and nothing has changed since having the meter installed. Its like banging my head against a brick wall, i wish i never has the meter installed. My bills have gone from approx £65 per month to £130! No increase in usage

If you believe that the property is a cause for concern and is producing high bills, there are a few tests you can perform to check that your meter and electric appliances are functioning correctly. I have just sent this over to your email so please give this a go and let me know how you get on.
