Electric usage gone up by 50% !!

Since Sunday my prepay babalnce has depleted alot faster that it has the previous month.

There’s been no change to my family’s usage but three weeks we went through roughly £10pw and since Sunday it’s £15+ a week!

Is there a way I can check to see if prices have changed ? Or if the meter is taking the wrong tarrif ?

Hi there @Tim42 our prices won’t have changed in the last week, if you head over to https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360006294991-How-do-I-read-my-prepayment-meter- and follow the instructions for your meter to cycle through the displays one of the things which pops up will be your tariff. You can double check that it matches the one on your bulb account and in your welcome pack just to make sure if you like
