Electricity & Gas tarrif


I’ve recently switched to bulb… however I’ve just noticed I’ve only switched for electricity tariff, I thought it would be for Gas also. Does anyone know how I can add this on to my current tariff?

Hi @Rebecc15 - Yes we can add gas to your account. I have sent you an email to get this sorted. We need a copy of an old bill to verify which meter we are going to be taking over. There should be a supply point number on the bill, which is the meter point reference number. This is a unique number that refers to your specific metering point.
