Electricity gone from account

I tried chat and its always busy - emailed and no reply. So will try here.

A few months ago I got a letter from SSE under a different name but with my address saying I asked to move. I also received an email from bulb so went online and cancelled it in my bulb account.

10 letters from SSE later (despite also ringing them to stop it and get them to stop sending letters) My electric account has gone from bulb. (still have gas!) has it switched to SSE under a different name? I did everything I could to stop the switch but it still happened? Can someone get this sorted out please.
