I moved home recently and my gas seems to have moved to bulb fine, but my electricity hasn’t, even though my account says that I am a duel fuel customer. Help?
@audrey88 The electricity has switched over to us as of the 9th of April and this is confirmed on the national energy database.
Can you let us know why you don’t think this has switched?
Hi @“DanP at Bulb” I just received a bill from my previous provider, but now I’ve looked into it some more it seems that they have just waited a really long time to send me the bill. Thanks for putting my mind at ease!
@audrey88 No worries, it can sometimes take a bit of time for final bills to come through. Let me know if you have any more questions
