Electricity key has not arrived

Hi, I have just switched to Bulb on pre-pay.

My electricity key has not arrived. The gas card came over two weeks ago.

I have 90p credit left on the meter and then I am all out. The postman has just been and it was not delivered today.

I just tried to contact Bulb to find out what I do, however the lines are closed.

Does anybody know what I need to do? I have a fridge full of food and I’m off out for the day shortly. Would prefer not to lose all of it.

Can I go to a Paypoint and get them to sort a key out?
