I have to say this company has very unaccessible customer service so I write here. Anybody knows how to get answer from very important questions like why not displaying my opening meter reading on the very basic website Bulb has?

When did you submit your meter reading (did you get a confirmation email from Bulb) and where have you looked to find your meter reading.

  2. Why is the Bulb website basic?
